Need support and help

My cylce has increased to having 2 attacks a morning but this morning had none, but at 8:45pm one started and won't stop!!! It's after 12:30pm and the pain level it at a 8 or 9 and won't stop! Been trying to get ahold of doctor since Friday.

What can I do? This is the worst it's been!!!!!!
