in response to smoking causing or triggering clusters, i have had times when i knew i was getting one in advance (very rare for me) and a lot of caffine and a few marlboros would calm them down. i have had cluster headaches one or two times a year every year since '83 untill '95. they come everyday, same time, for 30 to 45 days straight. i thought that i had out grown them...i was wrong....came this morning :( nothing i have tried in the past works. o2 worked for a while but the last few years, nothing. the only thing that works anymore is demerol. does anybody know of anything new? pleeeaassee
