Four weeks straight is an awful long time for even a migraine to linger. I would say possibly, without knowing the "side effects", if there are a few days break here and there between headaches. I have never had a migraine last longer than 3 or 4 days. And I always get at least 2 or 3 days of "rest" in between before another migraine, if I am into one of those "cycles". Definitely doesn't sound like a cluster, tho', either.
