I'm sorry people weren't understanding with your success
with magnets. The magnets never worked for me, but during my
last cycle which was particularly brutal over 1 and 1/2 years
ago I'd tried EVERYTHING. The imitrex was so saturated in
my system that even the injections didn't work anymore.
In frustration I decided to try acupuncture. This OLD Chinese
man told me he'd have the headaches gone in 2 weeks, but
I should come to him ALWAYS if I had a headache and to
come for treatments every day. He was very accomodating and
his office was across the street from my house basically, so even
if I was fully into a CH I was able to walk a few steps to his
office. It was VERY uncomfortable to have needles stuck above your
eye when in the middle of a CH episode, but I really stuck
to the appointments EVERY DAY and within two weeks the
cycle was gone for 1 and 1/2 years! He used electricity on
the needles and they vibrated the muscle spasms
under them and I imagined them breaking up the CHs.
