My doc is family practice and since I don't do meds, I can't help there. I use O2 to abort CH and it works for me most of the time. If you check the "Where We Live" on the left sideboard and scroll down to Fla. you'll find several clusterheads from Ft. Lauderdale to W. Palm. Click on their names to email them. You need to see a good neuro with CH experience and I'm sure some of them can recommend one. It sounds like you've done your homework so you should be well prepared.
