My last visit to the so called pain specialist ended with this proceedure being the one to try at my next chronic period. He described the proceedure as placing a long needle into your neck and using x-ray to aim the needle at the nerve, the blocking drug he talked about was novicane, said IF it worked it should last about 3-4 months. He only hinted about cost but I guess between $1500.00 and $2,000.00. Doc Greg?
