When I got scanned, they found that my turbinates were overlarge and I had them operated on and reduced. The ENT doc was very clear to make no claim as to their having anything whatsoever to do with the headaches. As part of the recoup program I used flo-nase. Alas and alack, it was of no help for the pains. The lingering affects of the anesthesia, however, did keep me pain free for almost two weeks. I had to use the flo-nase for 6 months as follow through and during that time the headaches came back.
