Welcome to the board. Not much I can add to the other posts, except to reiterate -- either educate your present doc (if he's the type that will listen) using info from the posts and links here, or find a neuro who knows more about what's available to treat CH. I used Imitrex tablets and Amerge tablets as abortives during my last cycle. Both work well for me, if I take them at the very first sign of onset.
