i suffered for many years and saw many doctors all diagnosing me with everything from allergies to stress. i had no insurance and really could not afford a specialist. Well let me tell all of you that you cannot afford not to see a specialist. within one year of various treatments finally verapamille (calan) was the only thing that worked, not in capsuls but only tablets. my headaces have been somewhat under control for five years, I still get the occational warp factor 9 headace but they are far fewer than before, and yes i still get the occational irritant cluster but i am winning. there was a time when i thought that if i didnt get rid of them i was going to off myself. but i found relief. so for those of you who belive that there is no hope just remember to keep trying and never give in.
