You say you've tried moast medications, but have you tired oxygen. Have you tried good old every-day coffee(strong), both of these have worked for me when Glaxco/Wellcome has not. Oh, by the way...ice packs to the side affected and hot showers at the onset of one. I wish you so much luck. Linda
