Welcome to the sight. Sorry that you had to come here. I went about 5 years last time without an attack. I can relate to the feeling of being on the verge of one all the time when I am in a cycle. Usually when my cycle starts I will have that initial attack and then I will have a 3 day period of a constant annoying pain in my cluster area with spikes of suicidal intensity ranging from 1/2 to 3 hours in duration(if left unmedicated)This website has helped me piece together a clearer picture and understanding of this malady. Hopefully you will be able to recognize more of CH traits and such as well.
