Hi Ginny,
I, too, had a return of the Beast, after a long remisssion. In my case, it was two moths short of nine years. After dealing with 6-8 week cycles every six months or so for over eight years, they just disappeared. I thought I had "out-grown" the monster.
I know how depressing it can be to find yourself back with us. If I had access to a group like this in previous cycles, I would not have felt so terribly alone. Thank god, i have found you now.
Hold on. And keep all of us informed of how you are doing. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
