My absolute and total sympathy to you and your situation. I think Dan's right, I think the Beast likes to strike at the MOST inopportune moments. Not that there's ever a good time, but if seems like if it can really embarrass you, it will.

One of my worst CHs, and one of the worst moments in my life, was my very first daytime attack. It was 2pm, at a very busy shopping mall, three days before Christmas with all the crowds, and bonus! a band playing Christmas carols 20 ft away. I couldn't leave because I was waiting for my mother in law in the hair salon. I could only wait for the Imitrix to kick in (which I had to swallow dry). By the time I was really convinced it was a CH during the day, it was already a 6. So I'm sitting there, listening to the music (each note stabbing me through the eye), dabbing at my eyes and nose with a napkin, trying to ignore the "what the heck" looks being directed at me and the kids pointing...yeeha. I think we've all been there at one time or another, and it sucks.

Good luck with your tests, and keep us updated.

Peace and sleep to you,
-Kathryn
