Hi Ted,
When we went to Rochester last July I got into a conversation with one of the flight attendents about bringing medical O2 on board. This was on Delat and she said their policy was to allow it but she thought you would need a letter from your doc and it had to be pre-arranged. She also said they had O2 on board for medical purposes and offered the use of it if I needed it. Maybe you need to go higher with the airline.
