I think that's normal to monitor the BP with the holter. In our (CH) case, the BP may have many peaks diring the day, due to pills, injections, stress, and so on. The 24 hour urine it's (almost in Italy) a normal exam related to BP.
Then, don't be afraid.
And remember, don't try to fill directly the bottle for urine, is very difficult for a woman.....:-) and don't confuse the bottle with the beer bottle.....(i use only can for beer due to this ...)
