Hello everybody. I just found this site yesterday and I haven't had time to read even 1/3 of the messages yet, so this information might have been here already. I have used Imigran injections for a long time for my clusters and just two weeks ago I got this new medication called MAXALT which contains 10mg of rizatriptan per tablet. It is a tablet that dissolves on your tongue. It is not as fast as Imigran but it helps me and my clusters stay gone for 8 to 10 hours.
I live in Finland so the name might be different in different countries but pharmaceutical company is MERCK SHARP & DOHME B.V.
It is a worth trying if you haven't tried it yet.
