You need to take him to either a neurologist or a H/A specialist. General practitioners don't have a clue what to do with clusterheads - some neuros don't either for that matter. Ask around and find a GOOD neuro who can treat him.
That kills me - 11 years old? I was at least 17 before the demon started attacking me (we call it a demon because there is no pain on earth like it).
