I'm a 30 year old male and I've been on Prednisone for about a month and a half. It, along with verapamil are doing a pretty good job keeping the CH away. Just a slight to moderate shodow follows me around lately. The big problem I have now is that the Prednisone is causing really horrible acne on my face. I never even had it this bad as a teenager and it's very embarrassing when people who haven't seen me for a while notice. I also work in the public eye at my job and it's frustrating. I've tried over the counter acne stuff but it just keeps getting worse. Does anyone else have this problem and is there anything that is very effective to clear it up while still taking the Prednisone? I'm on a taper now, but won't be off it for another month. My doctor says the acne will clear up then, but I really don't want to wait. Thanks for the input and being a great support system.
