Actually I am "clean" for five weeks now.
Used to smoke 2 packs a day.
When I went to a headache clinic I had to quit smoking as part
of the "detoxicatioN" therapy of the body.
I am attack free for for weeks now with some mild
shadows, but even they wore off before I left the clinic.
Even had the strength to go to the Gym for my first training since
April this year!
For me quitting to smoke and fewer attacks are definetly connected.
The doctor told me, that cigarettes contain a toxin that influences
the vascular system, so with CH it is better not to smoke. Therefore
I hope I will become a true quitter and not start it again.
But I convinced most of my friends to quit with me. And the more we
are, the more we have to be ashamed if we start again :-)

Wishing you all painfree days,

Lars
