I started smoking the year before my CH started, 30 years ago - - quit smoking 6 or 7 years ago
can't say it made a bit of difference in the frequency or severity of the CH
BUT - I believe my GENERAL health is much better, and that in turn helps me cope more effectively with CH - and I need all the help I can get with that
besides - why spend decades working to break the CH curse, just to die young of lung cancer ?
