I started smoking at fourteen and stopped at sixty (I’m now 62). Episodic clusters started when I was nineteen and haven’t stopped. I’ve never smoked during an attack because it’s all that I can do to deal with the pain. I don’t have any resources left behind that, even for something as simple as a toke off my favorite cancer stick..
