Jessica-
My daughter will be 15 soon also, but she doesn't live with me and thus doesn't have to see me go through the clusters. One of the ways I get through an attack is to remember when she was about 4 and with me during a cluster. She knew I need to be alone until the pain stops, and that I pace the whole time.
When I finally got past it and collapsed exhausted onto the sofa, she went upstairs and got her favorite teddy bear. She brought Teddy back downstairs, curled up next to me and put Teddy on my lap. At 4, teddy bears cure almost anything.
When I met several clusterheads a few months back, one had her daughter and chief supporter with her. She's a little older than you, but I'm sure you are much like she is ---caring, compassionate, concerned and very, very strong. Hang in there, a remission will be coming soon!
KTSSU,
T
