Everyone has a story, but they all end the same--
you know that their will be a break when you can
recoup.

I too was alone (with three kids to raise by myself) during the 31 years that I fought the Beast. Sometimes I thought I would die-sometimes I called my best friend in the middle of the night (usually around 3 am) to drive me to the ER. Her teen-ager would come to stay with my little ones. When we ask for help, we usually receive it, so don't be afraid to ask.

But for me(thank God) they ended and I have been headache-free since 1985. Don't know why. Maybe we will all win the battle after a certain number or years or at a certain (older) age.

Take it one headache at a time. Hang in there.

Now my 28 yr. old (my baby) son has this horrible affliction. Has had it since he was 17. I watch quietly as he fights his lone battle, waiting for his indication that it's OK to talk now. Waiting to see
if I can bring him something to help. (What, tho?)

Anyway, stay in touch-share the compassion that we give and receive in this fellowship. The bond grows stronger and stronger the longer you are a part of this great group.
