Caveat: For general info only. Nothing works for everyone, and very few things seem to work consistantly over the long haul. I am sharing this information in the general interest. Using this drug regimin, this chronic sufferer is having no more than one attack per day.

Allegra 60mg twice a day
Zoloft 100mg once a day (a.m.)
Neurontin 900mg three times a day
Centrum multivitamin one a day

I still wake up with a CH about an hour after falling asleep 3-4 times a week. Oxygen usually aborts it. If it does not, I am using Stadol, one puff.

Not perfect, but about as good as it gets for me. The Stadol helps but I have trouble getting back to sleep after using it, and the effects last well into the next day.
