OK, my high school French was Parisian, not Quebecois, but the gist of this is Martine has a friend/companion who is suffering from CH and she is looking for info written in French on the web. She understands a little English but not the medical terms. She salutes our courage and tells us to stay strong.
Then, my friend Michel, kindly tells her of a Doctor in the Quebec area who runs a migraine clinic. This doctor has told Michel that he has treated about 400 patients with CH in his career.
Next, Ueli tells Martine how to find French websites using different search engines. Ueli apologizes for the poorly written french, saying that this is the first time that Ueli has written anything french in forty years. I'd say Ueli did pretty well!!!
Both wish Martine and her friend the best of luck and to stay strong.
Of course, I'm probably all wrong here, maybe they're talking about overthrowing the government or something, which also wouldn't be a bad idea.
