Very good, Michel.
The pills you are talking about to replace those who can't stand yogurt are call Acidopholus.
Another precaution is cow's milk. The cows are immunized as calves with antibiotics which can produce lactose intolerance in some, which goes back to the intestinal yeast problem. The antibiotics cause an overgrowth of yeast.
There is a simple blood test, available from most naturopaths, that measures the amount of out of control yeast in your blood. It's pretty amazing.
I notice with Mike quite often that he will break out with a psoriasis before he is going into cycle - an indication of candida out of control.
The circadian thing has a lot of merit too - directly related to allergy seasons - directly related to CH cycles?
You know, Michel, even though you are not a doc, you've done more research than a lot of them have. I salute you and I hope others here will too. Be prepared for nay-sayers though. Don't let any negativity here stop you in your research, please.
Thanks for your hard work, friend!
Cheers
Margi
