For the purest I understand that anyone with severe head pains that are not specifically cluster is a no no. This note is not about what the diagnoses is. Insurance companies have been under attack and and sued and lost for not giving care and treatment. Take it to the streets. I did and with just a mildly threatening phone call got a lot in reimbursements. I do have a doc that backs me up and that's a help, but they didn't even contact him. Also, any article that comes my way, both my doctor and my pharmacist get a copy.
