Hi bethe, my first neuro started me on verapamil, with no success. Then i combined it with depakote, and the two worked very well. This year i had to see a new neuro, the first moved to ariz., this one didn't want me to take both, he gave me the depakote only, eventually going to 750mg a day, with no relief. The only side affects i've noticed, are the trembling hands. By the way, i got a script for covera, which i think is verapamil, from my gp. my cluster seems to be ending, maybe a coincidence!
