Don't let anyone fool you, THEY come whenever they want to, morning, noon or night. I do get my worse around 2 or 3 A.M. but suffer during the day also. So hang in there there is help. I have to use an ice pack to reduce the swelling of the membranes in my nose so I can breathe. Good luck.
