Don't exaggerate with controls on BP (please doctors don't kill me!).
I have a 180-120 BP from the age of 30 (and think also before) and i never find ANY meds that low it. Doctors say that is "essential high BP" and i have to select between a too high cocktail of meds (not too good) and a "normal" high BP.
I spent a year to control avery hour the BP, scared of hearth strokes, brain strokes and so on....
Then i understand that is unuseful (at least few useful), and i stop the scaring of strokes....
You have to be very happy to find a med that low your BP, then stop the fear of high BP damages.
Your life will be more happy. (on the other hand, many persons with low BP have had hearth strokes, then.....:-) ).
Please board, don't say i mean "who cares of health", but "do not be scared of all the things out of the health standard" your life quality could be worst.
