Lars,
I sure can sympathize with your bad day. I've have had many of the same myself. Unfortunately, I seem to take out my anger, frustration, etc. on the people who are closest to me. The very people who are trying their best to understand and to help. Afterwards, I feel so bad about it. Fortunately, my friends and loved ones seem to be able to forgive me.
This is a great place to vent. All of us here have been in the same place time and time again. Thank God, these folks are here and care.
