My 10 yr old son has been on Ritilan for 2 yrs and didn't want to go on it again this year. We never give it to him at home, only for school. Before after school he was lathargic, depressed and wouldn't tell us anything about school. Now he is full of energy, smiling, happy, talking and acting like a child instead of a body just sitting there and taking up space. We have not tried St. John's Wart but are looking for an alternative for Ritilan due to problems arising at school due to lack of attention and impulsivity. Sorry about any mispellings. If anyone has more please e-mail me, we are getting desperate and the school is putting on the pressure!
