Is a flavour enhancer that you can find in many preprocessed food (added manually), and in many other food (created naturally....cheeses, and so on)

I add you a part of Ueli answer:
"Chinese and junk food restaurants are notorious for their liberal use of MSG, but many other use it as well. Most processed meet (sausages, spam, etc.) has MSG added. To sauces and soups they add far to much salt so they can add more MSG. In fact, most preprocessed food has MSG added, and in some 'advanced' countries it it sprayed on crops."
