Just like Frank said, "I have racked my puny brain" for nearly 15 years trying to figure out some sort of "magic trigger" that sets off a cycle, or a headache within a cycle with no success.
And just like Bob P said, "I'm resigned to the fact that I will fight this battle, probably for the rest of my life. I will deal with it the best I can. I will survive it."
The way I see it, there is absolutely NOTHING I can do to keep a cycle from starting, and absolutely NOTHING I can do to keep from getting a headache when the cycle starts. All I can do is live my live as normal as possible before, during, and after a cycle.
I mean, why spend all of the extra energy to watch what I eat, what I drink, whether I smoke or not, whether I take tylenol or not, whether I cuss or not, whether I pray or not, whether I hold my right hand over my eye while standing on one leg or not?
I'M GOING TO GET THEM ANYWAY!!!!!!!! Like it or not!
Anyone feel the same way?
