I agree with the others that you may need to up your dosage. I usually found after one week my body got used to the doseage and then had to be increased. Also noticed that my headaches were more frequent and stronger. I am now on 720 mg of Verapamil. I am still having some but not as hard as they used to be. Good Luck.
