Fellow 14 year sufferer here. Have also been going to MHNI in Ann Arbor for about 7 years. Yes they understand CHs and be prepared to try a number of different medications to find what's right for you. They have been a bit short-staffed of late but MHNI certainly understands our pain. I have also tried their In-patient care at Chelsea hospital so if the pain gets too bad that's one alternative the other is a nerve block compliments of one Dr. Silverman there. Do NOT waste time at the Pain Clinic at U.M. if you know you suffer from CH. Good Luck!
