I was prescribed Atenolol over a year ago to help prevent migraines. I don't know if it is a coincidence or not but my yearly cycle stretched out to 18 months between cycles and I, too, felt I had fewer CHs and that the cycle lasted a shorter period.
I guess that it certainly didn't hurt anything! I have tried calcium channel blockers but they did not make any significant differernces with the clusters...
