I tried feverfew for about a year, did see a reduction in # of clusters and severity, unfortunately I was also on hormone balancing herbs at the same time so that may screw up the intergrity of results. It didn't hurt anyway.
From what I know of feverfew it will take time to show results--about six months. But be patient. Rome wasn't built in a day!
I found the herb to be mildly relaxing.
I started taking the herb in the traditional manner (a couple of leaves in between 2 pieces of bread. After tasting I discover why they used the bread. It's horribly bitter!) Of course now you can buy feverfew in pill form at the drugstore. Just be sure you are taking the herb from a reliable source and that you are taking a stong enough dose to be effective.

Hope this helps, hang in there!
Good Luck and
Bon Apetit!
