I found that The Melts worked ok for me with less side effects than Imitrex. BUT It took longer to work than the Imitrex injections so I keep one in my purse as a back-up now. As for the 'runs' that were mentioned thats probably beacuse it has artifical sweetners which act as a serious laxative in sensitive people.
