I got an instant attack directly after both meals today. Funny how everything is different for some... If I took the hot shower that some folks do, I would E X P L O D E !! But, Cold showers do sometimes help....absolutely can NOT use any kind of heat....I do find that I crave salty food after an attack is over tho'....like chips, popcorn etc.
