I just started another cycle a week ago and visited this site for the first time in a couple of months. Saw Margi's notes about water, and have decided to give it a go...
SO FAR SO GOOD!! I've been swilling away for three days now and have just had two completely pain-free days. May be just a fluke, but if this really works I am nominating you for a Nobel prize for services to humanity. Getting up three times a night to go to the bathroom is definitely better than getting up to bang your head into the wall for an hour.
I'm off to have another glass, I'll keep you posted.
