I know what you mean. I am in my 2nd week and
it is not so bad yet. But I remember last year
I had to go thru some real hell before it got
better. No matter what I tried, the bad ones
came anyway and nothing would help.
Have you tried increasing your light time? I
just read it here this year. I checked into
why that might help. It turns out that when
it gets dark your body starts making more
melatonin. Well you body uses seratonin(please
excuse the spelling) to produce melatonin.
Low seratonin is being attributed to migraines.

That may also be why taking melatonin substitutes
is helping some people as well. If your body
does not have to produce the melatonin, your
seratonin levels would not drop. But who knows,
I am only guessing at this point.

So anyway, try waking up earlier. If you are
already waking up at sunrise, then try
the lights they have been talking about.

Hope this helps.

Also you could try switching to sansert. It
drug which is similiar to Imitrix but you
take it 3-4 times a day and keeps the
HA from coming. If they still come
sometimes it keeps them to a minimal pain
(20%). But of course, you can still get the
real bad ones.

Also the cold air/oxygen therapy might help.

Keep your chin up. I find that a good attidude
helps me make it thru the days. I always laugh
with glee after every HA. I think depression
could also cause the HA to get worse. That may
be why they just keep getting worse every week.

Hope you have a pain free day.
