I quit smoking about four years ago. No effect with regard to cycles. When I was a smoker, I didn’t do anything special about smoking during a cycle. However, I’ve never smoked during an attack; too much pain to do anything except to try to keep from going suicidal. In desperation, I’ve taken a toke or two during an attack, but without any noticeable results, either good or bad.
