I also have neighboors an acre away and If my neighboors heard me screaming in my house at 4am and took action, I would be grateful to have those neighboors, So sorry Linda for your horrible night, how frightening for you and I think perhaps (true for me) that severe episodes are sometimes more intense when alone. I hope you find some relief today, I will be thinking of you all day today....
