That is pretty old stuff your quoting there.

You want to blast the theory, but you're overlooking the main thing. The RESULT.

Why is it. You guys aren"t at all suprised about sensitivity to drugs made from fungus (penicilin), but you get really cranked up about the possibility of sensitivity to something you didn't prescribe?

We're not talking about "hypersensitivity";
we're talking about a letter opener through the eye. (that would be physical, wouldn't it?)

Maybe, come to think of it, I didn't have any headaches to start with. That would explain why I was wrong thinking that anti-fungals cured me. It was probably all in my head.

Yeah, that's the ticket, it was all in my head.

I wish someone would write "Zen and the Art of Medical Practice"; but the doctor end up being the guy on the Beemer that wouldn't start according to the manual. End of story.

You want blind clinical studies? I ask you: what does a clinic for the blind have to do with this anyway?

Seem's to me the "blind" (mentally) are pretty well in charge of any studies that don't get done already.

The picture I get of a "blind study" on Cluster sufferers, is a blindfolded hostage on a rope, being led through the streets by a doctor for half a lifetime.

"Try this. Try that. We won't even consider this... Oops, sorry, forgot to tell you to duck there pal. That didn't hurt did it?"

A "double blind" study would be when the doctor has his eyes (and ears) closed too!

Here's an idea for you. Form your own opinion.

As Jack would say, "What'sa matter doc? fraid they'll kick you out? or is it you can't handle da truth?

You shouldn't have a problem getting a perscription; seems to be a big obstacle for the rest of us.

Try the anti fungal thing, with the nutritionals; and tell us if it works for you. We're keeping score either way.

Or take an antibiotic, some steroids, and start drinking sugar in your tea (about 20 cups like eva's hubby) and let us know how you do.

Either way works for me.

Doc, you too, could be a hero if you'd open your eyes.
