Need Advice Before my Doctor's Appointment

I have my neuro appointment on Wednesday. FINALLY! This is the doctor that is supposedly the "specialist" in CHs in the area. I have been waiting over two months for this appointment. As you know, I have been cluster-free for about 4 weeks now. Should I still go in and tell him everything I feel while I'm in a cycle? I feel like since I am out of my cycle right now, he won't be able to do anything for me. Any advice?
