Caffeine is one of those paradoxical drugs which experience says can both trigger attacks and yet help at other times. It appears to be both a matter of timing--when the intake--and total consumption--which can make it a help or a trigger for pain.

These data simply suggest that there may be a link between smoking and CH--for some people. It's clear from reading all the messages that our triggers are not consistent for all of us--varing in timing, quantity, etc.
