I just read your post and am sorry you are having difficulties. Consider the use of antidepressants
and forget the social stigma that follows from the ignorant. It helps a great deal and raises seretonin levels or prevent there reuptake(SSRI, SRI) SAD is A problem with many. Talk to Doc Greg
