Hey, Linda--sorry you had a bad weekend. You have my sympathy; glad the meds gave you at least a little peace.

I know exactly what you mean about wanting to pay the Demon back for all the pain it's caused. I've often made it through episodes just thinking about all the physical damage I'd like to inflict on the Demon. I train a lot of martial arts, so my imagination is fueled by actual knowledge. Elbows, knees, punches, eye jabs, maybe a nice leg sweep pulling its head down onto my bended knee followed with couple of punches, an elbow strike and a choke out flowing into an elbow destruction, then a leg lock/ankle break...whoops, was that out loud?? Sorry.

It's probably not healthy, but last year I got a lot of "payback" kicking the heavy bag. Didn't have any energy for it due to Verapamil and no sleep, but it sure felt good kicking "The Demon."

Sorry this is long, but wanted you to know your thoughts of payback are definitely shared. And you can DEFINITELY ask me for more specifics--I've got lots and lots (and lots!) of ideas.

=)

Peace and sleep to you tonight,

-Kathryn
