I agree Fritz.
Encouraging those who do not have clusters to go elsewhere is ok with me although I don't consider it the noblest of pursuits.
I have 30 years invested in my clusters and like all of us with clusters I have suffered, I just don't feel the need to wear it as some badge of honor.
No one can understand another's pain. Pain is the most personal of feelings. I know what it is like to be episodic. I know what as many as 3 or 4 hours of cluster headache is like.
I do not know what it is to be chronic and to live with these things constantly. I can empathize and imagine the horror but I can't really undestand and it would be presumptuous of me to say I did.
So unlike Billy C., I will not say I feel your pain nor will I expect ayone to feel my pain.
